Trusts

Your family situation may require more than a simple Last Will and Testament.  Sometimes preparation of a Trust can help to guide the orderly disposition of property.  Some examples of when a Trust might be helpful include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Different financial needs for different children
  • Tax planning
  • Wise distribution of property over time
